In addition to the current PDF Files, historical occupational wage and employment estimates are provided below. Excel spreadsheets that resemble the PDF wage tables can be found for the years 2017-2023, for the Statewide, Substate, and Counties areas.
These are non-aged estimates and therefore do not exactly mirror previously published estimates. Spreadsheets are usually preferred by researchers who would like to reformat the data for their own uses.
Specific years and areas before 2017 in Excel are available by request. Send email requests to elmi@nhes.nh.gov.
These wage data are not official Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data series and except for Statewide, have not been validated by BLS. For validated BLS metropolitan, non-metropolitan, state and national estimates, please go to https://www.bls.gov/oes/.
Please note that the wage data provided on this site does not meet the legal requirements for use in Prevailing Wage Determinations for the permanent labor certification program or the temporary H-1B program. For information on obtaining Foreign Labor Certification prevailing wage data, please visit the NHES Foreign Certification page.
The Economic and Labor Market Information Bureau's Occupational Employment & Wage Statistics (OEWS) program, in cooperation with the United States Department of Labor, conducts a semi-annual mail and telephone survey of non-farm employers to produce estimates of occupational employment and wages. For more information about the OEWS survey, please visit the national OEWS website: www.bls.gov/oes.
The wage data published on this site are possible due to the thousands of Granite State employers who participated in this process. We thank them for their assistance.
