CONCORD – New Hampshire Employment Security (NHES) is hosting the Littleton Job Fair on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Littleton New Hampshire Employment Security Office located at 646 Union Street, Suite 100, Littleton NH 03561. Job seekers will have access to employers looking for candidates to fill positions in a multitude of industries. This great hiring event is free and open to all job seekers.

“New Hampshire Employment Security’s Job and Resource Fairs, which connect New Hampshire’s talented workers with employers looking to hire, are an important part of our efforts to expand middle class opportunity and keep our economy moving in the right direction, and I’d like to thank New Hampshire Employment Security and participating employers for working together to make this fair possible,” Governor Hassan said.

“NH Employment Security Job Fairs continue to be an important resource to match up employers with potential workers to fulfill New Hampshire work force gap. Great employers remind us what a great place New Hampshire is to live and work,” stated Executive Councilor Joseph Kenney.

“The Littleton Job and Resource Fair is an opportunity for job seekers to meet face-to-face with a variety of employers, develop a network of professional contacts and have an opportunity to ask employers questions about their specific organization or industry,” states Commissioner George Copadis of New Hampshire Employment Security. New Hampshire continues to support and provide the necessary tools to our unemployed or underemployed residents to secure that next good job.

NHES provides free services, resources, and tools to assist both job seekers and employers with the entire job search process, hiring and employment needs. NHES has services available online and onsite to assist job seekers including an automated Job Match System, internet access, local papers, book and video library, employment counseling, networking groups, and career assessments. Employer Seminars and weekly workshops are held covering such topics as job searching, resume writing and interviewing techniques.
